We can provide a full schedule of all information collected on you for a fee of £10.00; to do so we will require significant proof of identification. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 the information will be provided within 30 days of required level of identification.

Delivery Policy

When making online purchases from www.eyetrak.co.uk we will dispatch your items within 1-3 working days via UPS or Royal Mail, depending on the size of the item that you have ordered. For all orders over £500, next day delivery is guaranteed via UPS. All orders are subject to stock availability, if your item is not in stock and cannot be dispatched within 72 working hours, you will be notified by Eyetrak and offered a full refund if you choose.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

We aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, however we appreciate that from time to time you may have faulty goods beyond our control or change your mind. If goods are faulty within the first 14 days, you will be entitled to a full refund from us as soon as we have received your items back in their original packaging. Please contact support@eyetrak.co.uk prior to sending any items back to us as you will be given an RMA number before a full refund or exchange can be given.

If a product or service is beyond the initial 14 day period, you will be offered a repair if the product is covered under our standard warranty or any special warranty agreements as listed in your purchase information.

Where a refund is agreed and accepted, all refunds are issued immediately once we have received the goods back from you.

Eyetrak accept no responsibility or liability for any costs incurred as a result of your product failing or any downtime that may occur on your products purchased from us.

Contract Period

If you or your company proceed with products or services that require entering an agreement with Eyetrak LLP and therefore use of either Eyetrak or our partners’ services,, you will be entering an agreement with Eyetrak for the contract length stated on your sales order form. This contract period cannot be ended early without solid legal reasoning. Early cancellations of contract will result in a termination fee being paid on the remainder of the contracted line rental. Contracts signed with our partners will also be subject to other terms and conditions and a copy of these will be provided to you at point of order.

Lease Disclaimer

All information is given to the best of Eyetrak LLP’s knowledge and is believed to be accurate. Your conditions of use and application of the suggested products and recommendations are beyond our control. There is no warranty regarding policy’s taken out. Eyetrak’s specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability relating to the use of the suggested products and recommendations and shall under no circumstances whatsoever, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential issues which may arise.

SIM Cards

The Customer shall not remove, or permit or allow others to remove, any SIM Card from any of the Products. The Customer is responsible for the loss or theft and any consequent (including fraudulent or improper) usage of the SIM Cards. International usage is not activated as standard but can be enabled upon request. International data is charged at £10 per MB of data and all usage will be charged until written notice has been received.

Warranties

Eyetrak LLP guarantees to the Customer that the Products purchased will be free from defects for a period of 12 months from delivery unless otherwise stated on the sales order. Should the Products be defective within this period, Eyetrak LLP will repair or replace them within a reasonable time using components or replacements that are new, or equivalent to new.

Eyetrak LLP does not warrant that the Products are fit for any particular purpose, nor that that the Services will be without disruption, nor that any reports, data or information provided as part of the Services will be free from errors, omissions, inaccuracies or nonconformities, and Eyetrak LLP shall have no liability or obligation to the Customer in this respect except as provided hereunder.

Eyetrak LLP shall not be liable for and provides no warranty for any damage caused by the Customer or his representative or any unauthorised 3rd party through incorrect installation, use, modification or repair of the Products, nor for any accidental or other damage to the Products caused by any party or external force.

All warranties include standard back to base warranty, with labour charged seperately for all service calls, unless the service call is required as a direct result of poor workmanship by us.

Security

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Corporate / Business Customers

If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury.

If you have a credit account with us, payment is due 30 days after the date of our invoice and we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 4% above Barclays Bank PLC’s base rate both before and after judgment.

If paying by direct debit, please note that EYETRAK LLP has appointed the BACS Approved Direct Debit Bureau, Eazy Collect Services Limited (www.eazycollect.co.uk), to collect your payments and Eazy Collect will be shown on your bank statement.

Please note that failed direct debits will incur an admin charge of £15 + VAT with any unpaid balances charges at the base rate indicated above.

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
